This pendant-necklace combination is a beautiful example of Mexican Crazy Lace Agate. The Pendant stone selected by Miriam shows all the amazing natural features of this interesting stone, including a combination of chevron angles and lacy swirls in red, peach and pink, beige and creamy white, with some areas showing a soft spray of translucency.Miriam used Vintage Bronze wire to wrap the pendant with her signature swirl. The necklace is composed of matching Mexican Crazy Lace rondelles. These stunning natural stones are accented by handwrought bronze spacers from Old World BronzeTM—which is handcrafted using an old-world wax method, and an exclusive bronze recipe developed by the Charveaux family of metalsmiths in Scottsdale, Arizona.

- The pendant stone is a pillowed, oblong shaped natural Mexican Crazy Lace Agate measuring 1.75 x 1 inch, and is approximately 0.25 inches thick.
- The rondelles measure 0.25 x 0.125 inches.
- The toggle clasp and spacer beads are handwrought Old World Bronze™.The necklace is strung on a strong antique metallic bronze-colored 49-strand stainless steel wire that is nylon coated. It is flexible, but slightly firmer to maintain the shape of the necklace and hold the weight of the Pendant.
Crazy Lace Agate, also known as Mexican Agate, is patterned by nature with beautiful, multicolored swirls—showing dramatic twisting and turning bands of color. The natural hues of these semiprecious gemstone beads are found in yellow and gray, sometimes with shades of pink, tan, orange or red, all intermingling in swirling waves of color. Regardless of its coloration, each Crazy Lace Agate Bead displays a unique pattern, and no two stones are alike!
